Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed:

• Alternatively, our team may offer a replacement product along with a complimentary gift, subject to availability.

Order Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a complete unboxing video before opening the package and send it to our support email within 12 hours of delivery. This is required to process any damage-related claim.
